Project management
Replacing systems without losing anything along the way. I plan and steer data migrations, legacy replacements and system integrations, from analysing the existing landscape through interfaces and data mapping to handover into operations.
Requirements management
From regulation to a specification teams can build, from GDPR and DORA to the EU AI Act. As a requirements engineer and business analyst, I translate regulatory obligations into requirements, test cases and acceptance criteria that business and development teams can work with.
AI governance
AI is not an end in itself. I assess use cases by the value they deliver, guide the rollout and put AI governance in place in line with the EU AI Act. AI speeds things up dramatically, but only with clean requirements.
